I have an 05 SE and the driver seat used to rock, it magically stopped rocking, however I've still got a very annoying leather on console rubbing/squeaking action going on. I know the TSB said rocking or noise, I was wondering if this noise is what they're refering to?

I took it to Nissan and told them I felt a rocking even though it went away, hoping they would go ahead and perform the TSB. However my plan backfired. I was hoping this would be my way to find out if the TSB would solve the squeaking sound.

The passenger seat doesn't make this sound I sat in it trying to recreate it.

Let me know if the TSB should help with this.

Thanks

I've never heard of leatherque what is it and where can I find it?
One of the many leather treatments, lexol, Leatherman, any one that takes the dry grab out of the leather.

A search should find it for you her or on the Google

I would try some B'laster.
It is just a commercaily available Silicone spray.
It IS a lubricant for Plastic. Or leather.
Won't hurt leather, won't hurt Plastic.

Do a search on B'laster or you can try just a generic Silicone spray.
As with anything else you are going to use on the interior, try a bit on an unseen area to check for staining, colorfast, etc.
