... New owner as of Sat. Fe. 5th (Black SL - AWD). A question about the headphones - am I forced to buy a second pair for $45, or does anyone know about how/where to find a less expensive second pair? just curious. Thanks.

To be more specific...

... The DVD system came with one pair of wireless headphones. Where can I buy another pair for under $45?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new Murano!

I'm guessing that the wireless transmitter for your existing set of headphones works on a particular frequency, and unless you know what that is, you could have a challenge in finding another set to match the existing frequency and work as well for less than $45.

Their are quite a few online Nissan parts dealers who may have the item for you at a discount, if you have the part number.

I'll give you a couple to get you started, but I'm guessing the $45 is going to be a pretty good deal by the time it's all said and done.

How do the headphones sound in general?

Thanks for the added info. I don't think the $45 is bad at all. :)

Thanks

Not that $45 is bad, just hard to justify (without lengthy explaination). Thanks for the info.

Try cuircit city..best buy or frys.......The aftermarket Head phones should work. They can be bought for 35 and under.

I went to the parts dept. @ the dealership and asked about getting another pair. These guys couldn't even find the part #.....
