Hi, just brought a Garmin C330 GPS ... how long will it take to fully charge the battery?

and how can connect your gps power connectior, since the cig connector is located in the arm rest.

There is a 12V power outlet on the passenger side of the vehicle next to the center stack. It has a flip down cover over it. You should be able to use that for powering your Garmin C330. As for How long it takes to charge, I don't own one so I cannot help you with that.

Charge the battery

Overnight (6-8 hours) is plenty of time for initial charge. It will recharge while in use as long as it is plugged in to the 12 volt outlet.

I have C320. The battery is the same. The initial charge should be 10 - 12 hours. After that unit will be charged when you drive. No problems there.

Since my trip is not too long, so , i want to use it without the charger in my car.

I have a C320.... battery last longer than the C330... but I have been getting about 7-8 hours before I need to charge it again. Just plug it in when you get home... the screen will display a completed charging when its done.
