Been trying to track down a particular plug that goes inside the inside compartment of the middle console cause I believe certain features are disabled cause this plug is missing that properly works with the radio. It's got to have that will fit a 30 pin the dealership says without a part number they wouldn't be able to order me one so I reach out to anyone that would know where I could get one or even what the proper name is called

Courtesy Nissan online has parts diagrams for most of the Murano parts. I haven't checked it, but you can take a look.
