So I recently purchased a 2019 Murano and it is great, other than this one problem

Every now and then , when I turn the car on, I get the screen below. There doesn't seem to be a way to cancel off of the screen, and the screen stays on even after the car is turned off and the lights turn off.

It eventually shuts off after like 5-10 minutes, but I'm afraid that at some point I am going to come back and find that it didn't and my car battery is dead.

Does anybody have any idea what to do here?

Have you tried using the < > buttons on the steering wheel, the ones below the OK toggle-button? Since that can be used to clear many alerts and notifications, it's possible it could clear that message.

As for the message itself, have you gone into the head unit settings to see if software update is turned off or set to manual or automatic? I don't recall the exact steps, but I do remember it wasn't hard to figure out on my 2021,

I wonder if doing the software update could make it go away?
