the wiring for putting 2006 LED Tail Lights into an 05 Murano?

Have you managed success with this?

I'm looking for the same tail lights. But my case is my Mo is 2007 and I reside in Sydney Australia. There isn't enough info covering this subject. I just want to know, if I buy USA or Canada Mo tail lights. Will they be a plug n play for the Mo's here in Australia.
