OGz, what's the best way to change colors like that in Photoshop?

I found one of the easiest ways is, once you select the body, go to IMAGE , then ADJUSTMENTS, then HUE/SATURATION, then check the COLORIZE box and then play with the three settings.

You can also go to IMAGE, ADJUSTMENTS then COLOR BALANCE but the first method seems to be the easiest for me.
