Seeing how the Lafesta is about 2 feet shorter than a Quest, I doubt Nissan will bring it over, since minivans are not seen as cool vehicles. Nissan will import the Cube, a Scion xB competitor, in 2006 ot 2007 I believe. It will have a 3 row seat configuration, and be the first 6-7 pass "mini MPV" Nissan will sell in the US.

A 2.0L motor? Weird...probably drives like a slug.

The Infar-red monitors sound intriguing.

Outside of North America, I would imagine a 2.0L engine is the "powerful" engine. :D

If you go to the Japanese Nissan website, there is even a 2.4L Murano.

If gas was $5-7 gallon, I would consider the 2.5L engine in the Murano as well. (The Japanese website shows a 2.5L 175hp Murano as the base model in Japan, and the 3.5SE is the uplevel model).

I kinda like the interior of this minivan though. It looks like a "convertible" minivan.
