It looks like the only brand carrying P235/65R18 Tires is Goodyear Eagle LS. How much does it cost?

Any other tire size will fit the rim of the wheel?

Apparently (rumors?), the P235/65R18 Goodyear Eagle LS is not available in Canada ...yet. Nissan Canada has BF Goodrich replacements, should anyone need them (what if you need only one???).

Stick the spare on, and throw the BFG in the back. Or drive to the US and get another. (Well unless you got two flats, then you're screwed!)
