has anyone used this software?
i just got mine in today and cant wait to go home and test it out.

More here

the coolest feature i liked is the voice activated navigation. couldnt find it in TomTom or any software. plus i got a really nice deal on it (from a friend in germany). it covers Europe, North America and Persian Gulf.

Never heard of it, but it looks interesting!

I'm curious to see how well it works out. I'd want to know how good the maps are, as well as how much the voice recognition slows down your pda....

Well Jaak,
you were right about thid beast eating up resources. it made my 400MHz pocket pc go down to cripples. the maps coverage is really nice and voice command options are really cool. but eating up that many resources.... i just cant live with it. my brother tried it on his iPAQ6315 and same issues with him.

so rest in peace navigon, long live tom tom 5. which can give you current weather conditions of any address (provided you are connected to internet somehow).

I wondered... I put the Microsoft voice command or whatever it's called, on mine and it killed the performance.

It will be good with a faster PDA.

But then I'll wonder about battery life.
