I have had a couple very un-satisfactory experiences with breakdown and repairing my Murano. Specially with the percieved "roadside assistance".

Does anyone know who would I contact with Nissan that could actually make a diffrence, or resolve the challenges I am having.

The dealership follows the guidelines, but does not have any power to push Nissan NA to evaluate thier guidelines.

Any ideas would be appriciated.
