I contacted Nissan NA about the recent incident at my dealer where I was told by the service advisor that if I didn't have the $600 30k service done my warranty would be voided. They are taking action against the dealer. It's the first good thing that has happened in my service experience with Nissan. I took my M-O in yesterday because the front window won't stay shut when you use the auto up. They said it would cost $100 to fix, even though the car is still under warranty. They said it's not a warranty item -- it's an "adjustment", which runs out at 12k. Geeeeeez, they don't want me to buy another Nissan.
