Because of this forum I feel much more confident taking the Murano in for service at the dealership.

Does anyone else feel like they know more about their Murano then the service techs do?

Any good stories about Owners teaching Nissan employees about the cars they work on or sell?

It is probably true most of us know more about the Murano's specific problems than the techs do.

However, my advice would be to not tell the techs what to do. They feel like they know more then their customers and odds are if you try to "instruct" the tech, you'll end up with a "could not duplicate problem" as a result.

Note taken. I'm at the mercy of the Service dept. every time I take her in for service.
