Hello all,

i have a 2006 murano and got a post card of recalls.

Does anyone have any service centers they can reccomend? closest one to me is Bay Ridge but i have heard bad stories from them.

I just want a shop that will do the recall work cleanly and wont add extra services i do not need.

If anyone here has any positive experience or reccomended.

Thanks
Will

Bay Ridge is the worst dealer in the area, both service and retail depts.
Kings Nissan ( Coney island ave) is a LITTLE better, but still, very troublesome and not knowledgeable.
Unfortunately i cannot recommend a good one but I will be watching this thread closely!!! Hopefully someone will have a positive nissan dealer story to share... ( sorry "Nissanlove", you are excluded from this comment! :)

how is Manhattan Nissan or Star Nisan (queens)?

i dont mind doing north jersey either.

I really want to stay away from the headaches of arguing and stuff from bad service stations.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Then you should have stayed away from a Nissan product in the first place. :2:

I wish I could help, but I live in South Jersey, so my recommendations would not be helpful.

Evening all,

I just purchased my 2003 MO. Its got 93k on the clock and I want to get it serviced.

Did you guys find a good place I can take it around the NYC area. I live in Forest Hills.

I would be happy to do most of teh stuff myself, but since I have no tools and nowhere to do it, I need to take it to a garage.

Nissan are quoting me $500-600 for a full service. Belt change for $149. I called Nemet, Star, but after reading stuff on this board would prefer a recommendation.

Am happy to take it an independent if you guys can recommend one.

Many thanks

Ims

Imster-

Since your Mo is obviously out of the warranty coverage period there is no reason to ever set foot inside a Nissan dealership. Find yourself a reputable garage or repair center and let them perform any necessary maintenence.

Hello All,

I am new to the Forum and new Nissan Owner.

I've purchased my 2010 Murano from Teddy Nissan in the Bronx. I can recomend this dealer as I had little imperfections with the vehicle and the service department took care of it. Paul Rowe is the service Manager
