Ok, I know there have been crazy forums dedicated to this topic, so I apologies for bringing it up again. I want to order this, but rather then search the globe for my answers I thought I would ask fellow owners. (who hopefully own this and can ive me feedback)

First off is it hard to install or can my local audio place do it?

Does it sound good, and do you have to use the ipod or does it show up on the bose display to scroll through your play list?

Does the steering wheel volume controls still work?

Do you guys recommend it? or is there something better out there.

Thanks in advance, I know everyone asks about this its just hard to find all the right answers.

Your local audio place can install the PAC unit easily. It works well. Just search on this forum, and you'll find many posts over the past few months.

This is from another post: (I did order from Logjam. Also, ordered the Blitzsafe unit to charge the iPod and a holder for the iPod from www.proclipusa.com. You will see this in the photo in the link above.) Here's the excerpt from the earlier post:

I am thinking of ordering the AAI-NIS2 unit from this PAC authorized dealer:
Logjam: See web site below:
http://store.yahoo.com/logjam/pacaainis.html

Do I need to also order the UII shown on the above web page to connect to the iPod? When I click on the UII link, it takes me to the following web page about the Blitzsafe UII product / iPod connector:
http://store.yahoo.com/logjam/blitzuii.html

Any additional comments are appreciated!

Good Luck!

P.S. - I think there are posts that claim there is a little more expensive factory module for the Xterra that works in the Murano. Search for posts on this forum by rixmo and jerseyparts.
