I have a 2006 SL. The PW lockout switch located on the driver side armrest does not illuminate when the ignition switch and headlights are on.

The other switches on that panel do light up. My dealer doesn't know if the switch should illuminate, and the owner's manual doesn't say anything.

Does anyone know if the switch should light up?

I thought the same thing when I first drove my MO at night.

It really doesn't need to be illuminated but why shouldn't it be?
