Lets get some history on everyone here. I know I have a few cars to list being an old gear head......and loving to talk about cars.

1) 79 Olds Cutlass - purchased new after H.S. Still my weekend warrior with only 70k miles, great original paint and a nice 350hp/350 swapped into it.
2) 78 Datsun B210 - H.S. sweethearts car, now my wife, before Nissan changed its name and was as slow as a snail. Hard to believe that it is the same blood line as the Murano/350Z/Altima.
3) 76 Nova - Sunkist orange - bought to garage my Cutlass after becoming a Jayhawk. A great car for Chiefs football games - easily found after too much tailgating.
4) 84 Nissan Sentra - started a family & had to settle down a little.
5) 88 Civic LX - great car!
6) 91 Cutlass sport - ok, but not like the 1st one.
7) 94 Accord LX - was my daily driver until the Murano, now it makes a great car for my oldest boy in H.S.
8) 97 Grand Caravan ES - requirement with 3 boys and bball & fball teams to hall around.
9) 2001 Mits Spyder GT - the wife got tired of driving the mini van everyday!
10) 2003 Murano SL AWD - puts a big smile on my wifes face each morning! I get mine on the weekends.
11) 2004 Lincoln Navigator 4WD - the wife took over the MO, great for hauling the wife, 3 boys & the dog.
12) 2005 Subaru Imrpeza RS Sport AWD - a fun little ride.

I forgot all about the 1964 Chevelle Malibu station wagon
It's at the body shop fixing some rust bubbles and then to upholstery shop for new carpets. (350 SB with 700R4, headers, Flowmasters) Seafoam green with tan cloth interior (cool)

Then there's the 1985 BMW K100RS motorcycle and the 87 Ducati F1B 750 Roadrace replica (in not too good condition-sitting too long, bad gas)

No wonder I have a 1500sq ft garage.

Need a telethon for my insurance premiums. Good thing my wife is my agent. :D

Yes, the garage is detached. We use it for everything. Pig roasts when it rains, dance hall when it rains, etc. My wife says the garage is bigger than the house. Thats not true but because it is 12 feet high it looks it.

I picked up a great deal on a "Buddy-Lift" (4 post, hydraulic drive-on lift) at the Daytona Turkey Rod Run a few years ago and use it to work on and change oil on all the vehicles.

Only have 7 cars now plus 2 bikes. Mostly because (excuses, rationalizing) my wife and I drive a LOT. She puts on 40,000 miles a year in her business and I live in Florida and work in Pennsylvania right now. I usually commute by commercial air carriers but have driven it quite a few times. I have been doing this for almost 4 years now. We try to even it out over all the vehicles so we don't trash just one car.

Her PT Cruiser is 2 years old and has 60,000+ miles on it already. Mostly because the Chevelle wagon has been in the body shop for 4 or 5 months. The 34 Ford is in pieces again (has been for a long time) and the 80 Malibu is destined to be a race car (some day?).

My list, in order of succession.

dtw - I wish I had that much space. I'm planning on adding a fourth tandem garage onto my house this summer. Since the garage is set down 4 feet the ceiling will be high enough to get a lift. :) thus having space for 5 cars :D

With 3 boys & my love of cars I know I will eventually have a small car lot.

OGz - I hadn't noticed your car history over on FreshA.... My 79 Cutlass is my first car purchased new after HS graduation. I also was a crazy teen and dropped a 350hp/350 into the car at 30k miles. It now only has 70k miles on it & I was recently asked when I had it repaited, although it still is original paint! 8)

Hey Ks, I didn't see that thread at F.A. I'll have to check that out.

You still have that Cutlass? I'd love to see a pic of this. :) I wish I would have kept pictures of all my cars.

Putting a 350 in a car like that is dangerous for a teen. Many speeding tickets when I was young. :)

dtw - the other site is freshalloy.com which has a Murano subcategory and it is much more active.

This site has the best potential with the well organized subject categories & is "exclusive". :D The "FA" site is for all Nissans & Infinity's combined. :(

While shopping the market I got hooked on the MDX site like this one! That one has a good group of guys, who are very active and I still frequent though the MDX came in second.

Have had too many to recall all! Learned to drive on a 41 Cadillac STICK-SHIFT (3 on-the-tree) in 1951. First owned was a 41 Chevy (back in 1956). Since then - 2 Barracudas, a Charger, an MGB-GT, a GREAT 72 Z-car, a GREAT 81 Audi Coupe, a whole bunch of Chryslers including my last, a VERY customized PT Cruiser, which has been replaced with my new Murano.

The Murano is my third Nissan. In chronological order for my wife and my self, 1977 Dodge Aspen ($150 in 1987), used 1987 Nissan Micra ($6500 in 1988 sold for $3,000 in 1992), used 1988 Honda Accord ($12,800 in 1992 sold for $5,000 in 1997), 1997 Honda Odyssey (new for $28,000 sold for $14,500 in 2003), 1998 F-150 (new on 2 year lease for $289 per month), 2000 MAX SE ($33,500) and now the Murano. My next car is either the RX-* or G35 Coupe.
