Hi, All

I was curious why nobody really says how much they paid for they're MO! I really wanted to know becuase i plan to purchase one and thought i could come here for help? I really don't like negotiating. I've been told from speaking to salesman (5) that i could get the base model SE AWD for around
27,500 I figure add on the Touring (4,000) and the dealer tax/license/whatever (3000) and we're looking at around 34,500! Now, that seems a bit high. I told one dealer yesterday i'll give you 32,000 he laughed said "no way" i'm the best but that's way to low. So, what do you guys think?
Also, what about depreciation after 1 year? 6,000?
Thanks for your help

I paid $32,500 two weeks ago for a 2004 AWD SL w/ Touring Package. The sticker was close to $35,000. I received the $1,000 rebate and the dealer worked with me on the rest. Good Luck!

2004 SE AWD with nav, sunroof, VDC, heated leather seats

Paid a little over 36,000 - put down 2,000 and got 4,000 in trade-in value. That was at the end of March (plus the dealership was building a new lot and probably needed the money). :)
I feel good about the deal, but I know others have paid less.

Posting prices without any reference relative to invoice or MSRP doesn't help much.

Check out this site for invoice pricing.

http://www.edmunds.com

I purchased my Murano for $1190 under invoice in June 2003. With a $1000 rebate right now from Nissan, you should be able to get it for at least $1500 under invoice and still give the dealer ~$1000 profit (which I think is fair).

2004 SL AWD, Touring, Premium, VDC, Matts, Mud Guards, Cargo protector, NAV, SR, Crossbars (paid $134 separately) -- Sticker $37600, paid $33345 + fees (would have gotten it for $33K flat, but they didn't want to pay me what I wanted for my trade, so we compromised on $345.

Purchased 8/12/04 in Santa Clara, CA $33,345.00 (after $1000 rebate). Silver with Charcoal leather interior.

bet if you go in with your checkbook / title and have picked a MO from their lot, plus a couple hours to spend, they'll stop laughing.

HUZZA! NO WAY!

I believe you if you say, 27,000 + premium = 4000 +/- + sales,tax,lic = 3000 +/-
TOTAL = 34,000
RIGHT?
Thanks for the info
