Hey alll...

about to buy a Murano! Hopefully it was still on the lot.

Lease deal...37,000 sticker, which is everything- leather, pop, NAV sytem.

They had me with residual value of 13,372 for 48 months and 12546 for 54 months...

doesn't that seem low? It really effect the price of the lease, which had me bummed...

does anyone know the right residual value?

any help, post haste, would be GREAT!

Lease Residual

My dealer said on a ...........

36 month lease residual is at 57%
48 month lease residual is at 43%

You would have to include TTL then compute on the agreed $

Mine came to 18,000 after a 39month lease and thats actually in the ballpark for a 36-34k car

The residual value for the Murano is lower in comparison to the Highlander or Pilot but that's to be expected considering Nissan vehicles don't hold their value as well. I'll probably buy out my lease at the end anyway so a lower residual value is better for me.
