Hello,
I just acquired a 2004 SE MO and It's my understanding that it's already pre-wired for SAT. If indeed it's pre-wired, where would I place the would be tuner? Thanks for your help.

The wiring is under the back seat on the drivers side. Fold the seat down and there is the flap of carpet that you can fold back...The wiring will be there.....

If you do a search there are threads with instructions on exactly how to do it.

Sure thing...if you have any other questions send me a PM...it took me about 30 minutes to get mine installed and that was with hiding the XM antenna in the rear break assembly as well...very very simple install....

One more question..

Have you seen the Clarion Satellite tuners available on Crutchfield for aftermarket applications? Do you think they would work with the MO receivers?

You will be able to get the audio in with an FM modulator or the Pac Audio adapter, but will never have the display and control integration.

Get the OEM one. You'll be happy you did....
