SE Suspension Components SL -> SE Upgrade / Swap

Does anyone have a parts list and could tell me what parts (numbers and costs) would be involved in upgrading the SL to an SE suspension?

I am looking to upgrade the handling of my Mo, without sacrificing the ride comfort, as (i assume) would happen with an Eibach or H&R springs kit.

FYI: Why didn't i buy an SE in the first place??? I got a good deal on their display model which was an SL.

Thanks for your help.

The main difference are the springs and shocks, all four wheels.

SE ride is rougher than SL ride so you will lose some of the ride comfort.

Some is ok, but i think the aftermarket springs will be great on the racetrack and or sitting in the parking lot, but i don't know about real-world situations.
