I'm also in the middle of looking into installing Sirus Radio into my 05... I have the exact same info as you. I believe it has to be OEM. Others here, have passed this info on to me...

Grubbs - http://www.grubbsperformance.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=MuranoAudio

OEM Satellite Radio Receiver
Code:999U9
Price: $199.99

Micro Satellite Antenna Kit.
Code:XM2K
Price: $39.95

The site says: All OEM Satellite Radio kits DO NOT include the pre-wire cable required for vehicles that are not pre-wired from the factory.

Does that mean we need to buy some wires also, or is it prewired and just plugs in?

Also, do we need one of those boxes that sucktion cups to the windshield?

Is it mobile? I can move it from car to car or into the house... or is it built into the car after we are done?

:D

That means that you will need to buy a harness IF you have a 2003.

"Does that mean we need to buy some wires also, or is it prewired and just plugs in?"

In your case, the the tuner harness is in place.
You will plug it in, install the antenna, plug in the antenna and you are good to go.

"Also, do we need one of those boxes that sucktion cups to the windshield? "

????
Don't know what box you are talking about.
The tuner will mount behind the passenger seat and the antenna will mount on the roof of the vehicle (Or in the rear hatch).

It's built into the car. It has Nissan specific plugs, etc.
You COULD buy a more generic mobile one (Roady, etc) and a PAC adapter to plug the generic into, and save a lot of money. But you would lose the integration and smooth look of a factory tuner.
Your call.

Thanks Hfelknor... U rock !!

I'll like the clean look and use of my radio and steering wheel to control it...

but with the little 'roady' i'll be able to move it my wife's car which we use for long trips (company car, don't pay gas). I'll have to look into it a little more.

That's a lot better than the $400 it cost three years ago!

You do not need the 999U9-EP000 N-Bus Jumper Harness. I just installed mine and it is not needed. That will save you $14.
