sirus radio locks up

Does your sirus radio lock up?

when I start the car the acquiring on the bottom of the nav screen stays on and sometimes never goes away I unplug the wiring harness at the tuner pack under the rear seat and plug it back in then it works. Has anybody had this happen to them ?I have factory sirius installed This does not happen all the time so far two times in 400 miles
