DO NOT ASK! ;-) I dont want to ruin my leather with chemicals to remove this stain. So, my question is: What is the best thing other than soap and water to remove a semen stain off my brand new leather. Thought you folks may have an answer before walking into a detail shop asking questions! Thanks!

Try blotting it up with White Vineger.

As usual, with cleaning products on your interior, try a little on an out of sight place and check for color fastness. With Vinegar there shouldn't be any problem.

Well technically, anything you put on it will be a chemical, even vinegar (which is acetic acid).

Lexol made a glycerin based leather cleaner that worked pretty well for me in the past.
