Perhaps the TPMS sensors need to be reinitialized. Unfortunately only the dealer can do this.

Could also be the battery in the sending unit is running low? Has enough to initialize and give you a reading and then drops out after a while?

Sounds like a trip to the dealer (assuming your still under warranty).

Well we had -4 temps the other night and a high of +4 yesterday. As soon as I got out of the driveway, the TPMS started alerting me to the fact that I had a flat tire. Of course I didn't but due to the extreme cold my TPMS was reading low anyway. Today I checked and added air to all the tires, and after about 3 miles I finally got the nag screen to cancel. Phew! I knew it had to be cold related but I was worried I was going to have to bring it back to the dealer. I thought yesterday that just driving would heat everything up enough to cancel it but apparently I really needed to add that extra 2 lbs of air to each tire.
