I just changed some parts on my front end of my 2010 Murano AWD. I now have a slip light on and every 150 feet my brakes are applied automatically. I'm not sure how to alleviate this problem.any suggestions? I believe it may be a wheel speed sensor problem but not too sure. can I clean this sensor? If so with what?

It could be that grease that is affecting the wheel speed sensor...

Yea I think it is I took a q tip well about 10 of them and got down in that hole really good and used some naf cleaner to clean it out as much as I could but if I turn off the vdc I don't have any issues b except for one random instance going over railroad tracks.im just nervous because I've never replaced that many front end parts at once and the car just feels wonky like something isn't right

I afraid you had put grease into the area the ABS sensor inserts into, it sounds like you did... Grease has metallic soaps in it, this may be making the sensor act wonky...
