Has anyone hooked up their homelink buttons on the rearview mirror with an remote controlled light in their house?

I'd like to turn on the switch controlled porch light from the MO. Is something like this all I need?

And do these fit into standard junction boxes--or in my case a three switch junction box?

Thanks!

Homelink and X10 are two different remote communication methods.

Yes, that switch is what you use for the light, but you need something to tell the switch in X10 language, to turn on and off.

You'd need another garage receiver that can be connected to this...

The Homelink, communicates to the garage door receiver, which pulses the output to the X10 module which transmits it over the powerline to the light switch.
