Reverse tilt-down feature

Is the Reverse tilt-down mirror feature only on the Platinum edition or
is it part of the Tech. package?

I have the SL with no Tech. package and the mirrors do no tilt down.

The button to pick which mirror to adjust can't be in the middle.

I have a SL w/ Tech and both my mirrors tilt down.

Make sure the settings in the IP or center stack are set to utilize this feature. I know I can turn mine off in those menus if I choose to.

I have an SL and my mirrors tilt down, if I push the mirror selection switch all the way to the left or the right. Either way will tilt the mirrors down when you put the car in reverse.

First, mirror tilt must be enabled in your car settings.

Second, the mirror selector switch MUST NOT be in the middle position.

Anyone else think it's a mostly useless feature with the shape of the Murano body? The crease hides the wheels...

Personally, i find it worthless on ANY car. I have it on my Olds Aurora, and it's turned off on that car as well. As for the Murano, the camera view is far more useful.

Exactly! If you can't park a car without the mirrors tilting down, you shouldn't be driving

I really don't use the function. The Birds eye view and back up camera work fine for me.
