.i put alcohol in fuel tank help it barely cranks .... What can i do? Please help me my
When you say "alcohol" do you mean you put E85 in the tank? If so, the only thing you can do is siphon it out completely, drain the fuel lines, fill with regular gas and cross your fingers.

I don't think that the 1st Gen Murano is capable of using E85 without serious issues to any gaskets or seals exposed to it. As stated, you're best bet is to quickly as possible do a full flush, replacing with a gas treatment and the highest octane gas you can get, up to 93 octane.

If I remember correctly, E85 requires special neoprene seals, along with a sensor to tell the CPU that you're using E85 so that it can make adjustments for proper fuel/air ration to let the engine run properly.

Have a good day.

EDITED to revise....

I agree. If you actually did add a significant amount of alcohol to the gas tank (like a gallon or more), that was an unwise move. (Incorrect portion of post removed.)

I'm also curious as to what problem you were trying to solve when you added the alcohol. We will be glad to provide advice here (although it's worth what you paid for it...)

I could be wrong, so please take it with a grain of salt. But I believe if the car is drivable, you could just drive it until the tanks is empty. As long as the E85 stays only for a short while (days and not months or years), there shouldn't be much damage to the fuel line. The stoichiometric ratio for ethanol is lower, so the engine would run lean initially, but after it's warmed up, oxygen sensor based trim should bring the air/fuel mix closer to the stoichiometric ratio for E85. E85 has an octane rating over 100 so it should not cause knocking.

Of course if the car is not drivable, you have no choice but to have it towed and have E85 replaced.

Depends a lot on how much gas there was in the tank. If there was a full tank and a pint of alcohol was added, I doubt it would matter. But if it were near empty, it might be different.

Regardless, the car SHOULD run. If it doesn't, the alcohol isn't the problem.

This is an od school theme... I've done this in Europe back in the 90's... even if 50/50 gas and alcohol.. the car started and ran ... with some white smoke after. At the end its all depending on ratio. No issues with the seals. I am not saying that things are not changed since then, but it shouldn't be a big deal

I doubt that the OP is coming back.

If she/he does, then charge the battery and try again. Your starting problem is not the alcohol.
