03-07 murano's were not equipped with bluetooth from the factory. You will need an aftermarket system.

There are number of aftermarket BT speakerphones available that either clip on to your visor, integrate with your rear view mirror or plug into a lighter socket. I used to have the rear view mirror type which worked ok but the built in speakers weren't very loud.

Something I found interesting was a BT tape deck adapter. It's like the old school tape adapters you can plug into a music player minus the cord. This way you can pipe audio through the car's speakers. I'm not sure if they make one with a mic though.

I used a parrot Asteroid mini and made an ISO loom to go in line, Sound is better than Factory head unit and as well as blue tooth I have full multimedia connectivity.

I use the BlueAnt hands-free devices that clip onto the sun visor. Very convenient, portable from car to car, and not expensive.

Just make sure the plugs are correct for your stereo and the kit is "in line" (male and female plugs) not just an ISO adaptor

I just installed one of these in my car today (not the MO)

It's probably more than you had in mind but for a relatively low-cost head unit it has quite a few Bluetooth features: Hands-free calling, A2DP audio, Pandora internet-radio control, Smartphone/tablet app that can be used to control the head unit.

You'll need the Metra dash kit to make this work though.

 

Check out some options here. My 05 SE has nav so I guess its a major swap to install a new deck:
