I think the murano in Europe comes with a cvt oil cooler that looks like a small radiator. The US made ones does not. You can easily add one. It helps if you are towing a lot. Tru-Cool LPD4544 is a good one.

The ac condenser in front of the radiator will also have fins and looks like a radiator.
 
Some Muranos may have an oil cooler installed; some people might think that's a radiator but it's not. If there was a temp gauge connected to the oil cooler (a rather unusual circumstance) there might be electrical leads.

Also, the air conditioning system has a heat exchanger that looks a lot like a radiator.

But the fact is there's only one radiator that cools the engine.

If you're not towing trailers with it, I would consider an oil cooler for the CVT fluid to be unnecessary.

A mechanic who looks at the vehicle can tell you more then the gent you were talking with.
