My other baby: 2002 Harley V-Rod

Before i get comments what a great photographer i am, or that i must be dreaming... Its not a picture of mine, but an "official" photo from the MoCo. I've only had it since the summer and since i haven't had a chance to customize it yet i figured i could get away with using it.

I love the Vrod!!! Is it as nice to ride as it is to look at?

Thanks!

I found out with the Mo and Vrod that people either love it or hate it. There's nothing lukewarm about it. I guess i prefer things that are styled more modern, but plenty of people disagree - fine by me.
On the one hand i love it, as there's usually not a whole bunch of other Mo's or V-Rods where ever i go, on the other hand that usually also means the aftermarket is slow to bring products to the market. I guess that's a price of exclusivity one must be willing to pay.

Oh yes it is!
It's a lot smoother, well balanced and a lot more stable than my previous bike (Dyna T-Sport). And the new motor has lots of power. Not as much as the air-cooled ones down low, but after 3,500 rpm it wakes up and after 7k it screams all the way to the 9k redline. You gotta love 115 hp. I can only recommend it, but be prepared to show up at HD meets and be greeted w/ "hey waterhead" since it's water-cooled. Depending on how big the guy is or what mood he's in, you can always counter with, "Hey air-head". :2:

alex3 your vw r32 is every 17 year olds dream. well mine at least haha. but i'm happy drivin the mo.

Is a loaner considered as a ride?
If yes, 2005 Ford F-150, Super Cab, Black(plus some dirt from salty roads) Boy, is this thing big or what??? And now try to park this THING in New York City?! And gas tank for 50 plus dollars?!
Anyways, this thing is great! There is something to it... I don't know what. If gas was buck a gallon, I would have it as a fun car.
Pictures are to follow.
