This question is for a 58 plate Nissan Muruno 3.5 CVT model (uk). I have a P0011 fault code on my engine and its effecting power through my transmission and my car is often going into a "limp home mode" when I put my foot down at junctions/roundabouts etc. In high gears and at speed the engine sounds and feels great. It's from stationary position I'm having failures.
I've just done an oil change and that's made no difference. Can anyone give me a estimate on the potential cost of repair? I appreciate thats difficult without viewing the car. The transmission has recently been removed and repaired. Any advice would be greatly appreciated gents

You can check the code by Googling "OBD code P0011 Nissan Murano." The result will tell you camshaft actuator, which is a DIY if you are mechanical. The camshaft sensors and their replacement have been discussed here (more searching). Cost at a dealer? No idea whatsoever.
