Well I'm waiting for the 06 service manual to be available. I'm thinking the easiest way for pre-06 models would be to retrofit with 06 parts...may not be cheapest though and SW may be a problem.

Of course its possible, go down to your dealer and ask them for a list of what parts you'll need to buy. These might help. From 05 SM.

Well anything is possible but I can almost guarantee you that by the time you add up the cost of parts, labour, time and frustration, an easier (and potentially cheaper) way would be to trade your MO in for a new model with the NAV.

Yup thats the way it was back in 03 when I looked. But, after 3 years of MOs there has to be some parts showing up out there. The trick is to get the list of parts then look around salvage ebay etc. May take a while. Maybe only buy one or 2 from dealer, then it might be reasonable.

LOL Moses yeah hehe. Yes it is possible and all will function right if you use the OEM parts obviously.
