does anyone know how common the VDC option was? im having trouble finding one with it.

Like Homer indicated, the VDC option was not that popular. On the 2005 models it was part of the "Dynamic Control Package", which required the "Touring Package", which required the "Leather and Sunroof Package", which required the "Premium Package". So you basically needed a fully-optioned-out MO before you could even consider getting VDC.

I know it is not a scientific survey, but I did a search on eBay Motors for Nissan Muranos, and found 42 MOs up for bid. When I narrowed the search by including VDC I got back zero cars. There just aren't that many VDC-equipped MOs out there. Keep looking, you may get lucky.

but i am a racer, so what is a normal drive for me can turn exciting if there is a patch of wet leaves or oil on the road.

I guess it is even more exciting for those unfortunate enough to have to share the road with you. :awais:
