I saw this on the FA dark side & thought it would be interesting here.....

Mine was just car number 5 in my stable.

I need to free up my Accord for my 16 Year Old.

My Cutlass is off limits! I got too crazy building it up when I was a young pup & I know what I did with a 350/350!:D

And I would never punish my boys by making them drive the Caravan.

I actually think will go back to Mercedes Benz but for an SUV this time ML350 4Matic Bluetec (diesel).
Murano's are fine SUV's but nothing compares to Mercedes Benz quality in my opinion, even though we have brands like Lexus and Hyunday making nice vehicles.
I guess is up to each one's preference.

I had a 2012 RAV4 Sport V6 4WD before my MO and I wanted something more upscale. I looked at the upcoming Lexus NX on the web and figured it would cost too much once you add some packages plus no discount on a new model; also turbo engine requires special oil, maintenance costs at dealers are high and I had a base Lexus RX300 before and people thought I won the lottery and started imagining all kinds of things about me (I was in the mafia, drug dealer, big inheritance, etc. O.K. I'm exaggerating a bit...). I had to explain that the lease payments were the same as a Grand Cherokee because of the higher resale value. Also when you have a luxury brand car parked in your driveway and a contractor comes to your house to give you an estimate, don't expect a good price...

Santa Fe XL is nice, well equipped but I don't need 3 row seating and the suspension is tuned for smooth highways and boulevards, not potholes! 2014 Highlander is scarce and quite expensive compared to the MO and again I don't need 3 row seating. Infiniti QX50 cute little raised hatchback more than SUV but too small for my needs and more expensive then the MO and perhaps too sporty for my taste (I want to be pampered); my girlfriend may end up buying one if she wants to spend that kind of money after trying a Juke and finding it too noisy (too much wind noise on highway).

I've never considered the MO before because it was too expensive for a non luxury brand but with the $7,000 year end discount to make room for the new redesigned 2015 it was a no brainer. I was looking at the SV but ended up with the SL, well worth the price difference IMO and I'm getting leather for the first time! I'm not sure I would like the 2015 with smaller side windows and higher prices. Perhaps in 5-7 years when they will clear them out!!!

Mine was just added to the fleet as a novelty item. Didn't replace any vehicle.

I actually didn't want to trade her in but insurance up here is BS.

My 2008 Altima Coupe 3.5SE, modded. The PF01's are now on my new baby, using them as summers.

Before I powdered coated my ENKEI's PF01.

Had it for almost 8 years! This was my first winter with 5Zigen's which I later sold. Stock height. LOL

My new silver 2020 Murano Platinum AWD replaced our 2016 Lexus NX 200t. We took delivery last month and couldn't be more pleased. The MO is better in every category starting with ride, handling, the lack of wind noise, more power---and on and on. That ridiculous touch pad for the GPS was so hard to operate, plus there was no way to touch the screen to use it---scrolling only. To put in an address takes seconds in the Murano. Seconds. And it's so easy to use. I'll NEVER buy a non-touchpad screened GPS on a car again!! Also, the GPS screen is set down out of the driver's line of sight, and out of the hot sun (which fried it if not covered) here in sunny Southern Arizona. A lot of cars have gone to a top of the dash screen. I won't buy one. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Lexus, it's just that the Murano is SO much better, I guess I didn't know what I was missing. We also have a 2013 Toyota Corolla S Special Edition in the Hot Lava Orange color, low mileage, in mint condition that we'll keep forever. Yes, it has a touch screen GPS set in the lower part of the dash....
