Hello, I just upgraded my 2015 Murano Bose radio to a 2017 model to gain Apple Car Play. All of the new features work perfectly and connect fine EXCEPT the factory navigation thinks we are in Michigan. I can plug in my Massachusetts address and it says I have 511 miles to go, but it shows we are on the streets of Detroit. I have set my home address, but that hasn't helped.

Also, that Nissan Connect icon with the headphones and mic in the lower left corner says there is a connection failure with Nissan.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am thinking that maybe there is something wrong with the radio.

if it was a used unit ? it sounds like it may have the previous location still stored in it ,you need to delete. sorry if youve done or checked that .

You could just update the software via SD and activate CarPlay on your old unit
