I swear many of the rubber and plastic parts on this 2021 are thin, cheap and of poor quality compared to what's on the 2003. I've used the rear wiper maybe 20 times for a few seconds each time since owning this car, and the end closest to the arm base fell apart by a few inches, and the other end separated about 1/2".
I used a Rain-X R-12-B which is all Wally World carried for a rear blade.
The instructions included with the new blade were a bit unclear/confusing due to a twisted arrow indicator and the word "rotate" - the twisted arrow made it seem like I was supposed to twist/turn/spin the blade assembly sideways to unseat it from maybe two retaining nubs. Since the depiction is one-dimensional, it should've just had a straight arrow pointing left and indicating to "push" in that direction until the blade releases.
It took me about ten minutes to figure it out since I didn't want to break anything. I ended up being able to remove it with one hand as I recorded with my phone using the other hand - took all of two seconds. If you lack finger strength to push something away using the back-tip of your middle finger, just lift the wiper arm with your left hand and use your right hand to pull the bottom of the wiper blade towards the passenger tail light. Yeah, you "rotate" the blade until it releases.

- Fully lift wiper arm off of glass with left hand, keeping left hand close to the wiper blade
- Move/push left middle finger against the bottom of the wiper blade to form a "T" shape - it's now released
- Insert the new blade onto the arm and push (or pull back) towards the arm and it will click into place
- NOTE: The receiving-arm opening on the blade has a curved end which will face the passenger side
