Hello. Is there a slight metallic squeak/whistle when the CVT is idling? (Murano Z52)
After parking for 1 month, when starting the car, there was a strong whistling/creaking sound; when it warmed up, the sound became quieter.

I know my ability to hear certain higher-pitched sounds is fading. I don't hear what you're describing. What I hear the most is the whining, which can be normal.

Can you specify a few times in the clip where the noise can be heard?

I don't hear anything unusual. The serpentine belt may be talking a bit - you could (carefully) try some belt dressing on it.
