Recently had an accident and totalled my 2017 which had the software installed. However, I bought 2024 SL model and noticed they now have front windshield cameras for lane assistance and speed sign recognition.

Any future plans for the software to make use of this camera for things like dash cam recordings? It would be nice if you could access the video feed and record to SD card. I can't believe Nissan actually has an option for dash cam but it is an additional unit installed right next to this camera completely disconnected from the head unit using some extra app on the phone 🤦‍♂️

Thanks, I walked away with minor scratches from that accident. All airbags opened and probably saved my ass. Insurance actually refunded the fee for the head unit upgrade. But I'm just happy I didn't have any injuries.
Thanks again for the software and your support. I'll be checking the thread for any new things you may have. Did you ever think about doing some kind of email list for existing customers? I sure like to be on it.

Provided my transaction ID from PayPal as well as my email, its been over 24 hours so far without a response on what's app and Facebook.

I know everyone has had a good experience so I'm trying to be patient haha.

I'd love to do this to my 2015 but $320 US is about $500 CDN.

Are there other options that might be less expensive available? Just having the convenience would be nice, but of course not absolutely necessary.

Same here. With 285,000km on my wife's 2015 Platinum that cost is hard to justify. It might last another 3 years ... or 3 weeks.

 

I just want to add my positive experience with adding CarPlay to my son’s 2015 Platinum AWD. Vladislav/Xavani were great in supporting me with a tight deadline of getting the car updated (short window of having his car between getting a new CVT and returning it back to him at school). Nothing but positives and even got wireless working with a dongle from Amazon. Well worth the $320.

Hi - Just got my hands on a low mileage '17 Murano SV and want to add Carplay. I've read several posts and have seen several Youtube vids - is this the proper sequence to get this up and running:

1. order (through Xanavi website or Facebook, does it matter?)
2. communicate over Whatsapp that order was placed (is that necessary or only chat there if you have Qs/issues?)
3. once paid, Xanavi sends you link and instructions to your email to download files to drop into a 32gb sd card
4. turn car on (electric only) and swap out existing sd card with your new card with the new files
5. once program does its thing, you then send a file on the sd card to Xanavi (via email, WhatsApp?) them to do some sort of authentication and then they send you another file to copy to your sd card which does some activation
6. once they respond (what do they give you?), you can then insert the sd card again and Carplay should then finish installing and become available?

Can anyone tell me how long it took for Xanavi to get back to you with the license file? It took around a week for him to send me the software, I installed immediately and sent back the .dat file as requested. Three days later I have a non functional stereo because I haven’t received back the license key and that is making me really really nervous…

I just purchased a 2015 Murano SL. Based on all the reviews here I paid Xanavi and am now waiting to hear back with the link to download.

How long does it usually take? It's only been 3 hours but I was hoping to get this done before they close for business today. They are 6 hours ahead of my time zone.

Will this work over Nissan’s existing Bluetooth or does it have to be wired to the phone? The USB port isn’t strong enough to power an iPhone 15 pro max so it may be useless for me to buy this if Bluetooth isn’t an option.

I purchased a couple of days ago and haven’t even downloaded the file because I don’t have my car back from the dealer yet. I’d love one of these licenses instead of what I purchased if possible. Not sure if there’s any way to do that. I sent a message as well.

 

When I purchased it and sent the PayPal confirmation, I got the file within 12 hours (I’m central time zone). I was unable to install for a few days because I didn’t have the car and had questions during that time which took a couple days to get answered but once I was able to install, it only took about 6 hours to get the license key back. After the install, I had one more question, and that got answered quickly. I’d say email was probably better for questions but none was totally consistent. Directions and software were totally fine!

 

I paid last Saturday and haven't been able to make contact since. I have messaged on WhatsApp, Facebook, and emailed with no response. Any suggestions?

 

He posted 5 days ago in the other thread that he had been on vacation for 10 days. Have you heard from him? I messaged him a few days ago on Facebook and have not heard back. I want to make sure he hasn't disappeared before sending money.
