i figured out the best way of getting the nasty look off this beautiful car...all you have to do is unscrew that huge thing and tilt the remaining of the antena forward to get the shark fin look
Tell the wife to take the make-up mirror out from in front of the speedometer...that should help.Corin said:
It actually frustrates my wife, since she's not used to it. She can never tell how fast she's going. 60 one minute, 80 the next, 40 the next. Engine sounds the same.

As a woman, I had absolutely no trouble knowing what speed I was driving. I used to be blonde. Then I got over it and now I am grey. Does that make me smarter? She can never tell how fast she's going. 60 one minute, 80 the next, 40 the next. Engine sounds the same.
Not in town though!SUNSPOT said:
I think your wife needs to get a grip and start using what God gave her --- her brain and the cruise control!!![]()
Which? The Brain or Cruise Control??Not in town though![/B]

Let me take a guess, your wife is a blond, isn't she?
With all due respect, if someone can't regulate their speed even with a big-@ss speedometer staring them in the face then maybe they should consider public transportation. :2:

Hey, I just bought a new MO and have a problem with my front windows rolling down by themselves. I don't know why they do that. :8: Can someone help me?SUNSPOT said:It is so fun watching (and participating in) how far off topic these threads get.
Round of applause, everyone, for going from antennas to blond jokes to speedometers in just a matter of hours.
Woohoo!!!
You think your windows are trouble, my MO's transmission seems to always be slipping! Should I take it to the dealer?njjoe said:

Oh yeah, and I hate my antenna. (Now we are back on topic)

Sounds like you have the same problem my MO has. Maybe we should petition Nissan for a recall??Kris said:OK, you all experts. I do love my car the only problem I seem to heave is.......hm................I do not think the transmission is shifting through gears..........is seem stuck in 1st..........still I do not get it, I can go 118 mph in 1st!.............Is that right?

No, no, no... wrong attitude. One of the things that makes this such a great forum is the fact that no problem is trivial or moronic. If someone takes the time to post a question then we should have the courtesy to respond. I am sure some of the original members have heard the same set of questions over and over, but to a new MO owner their problem is new to them and they deserve a response.SUNSPOT said:As a PS, there are quite a few morons out there who will ask that question. I have a brand new XYZ car and this thing is not working right. What can I do???
Gawd, man. Take it back to the dealership and don't waste MY time!!![]()
Hmmm. Keyfob in back pocket. That is one I never would have thought of. I usually hide my stuff in my Bra. Guess with a name like Joe, you probably don't have that option.njjoe said:So, you think the problem with my front windows rolling down by themselves is a bad "door module"? I'll just have to look at that. But first I think I'll take the keyfob out of my back pocket.![]()
Wow, it really is difficult to keep this thread on topic.
