Assad, ACC is pin 7 and BAT+ is pin 19 on 20 pin connector, and IGN is pin 26(6) on 40 pin connector so no problems hooking up power.

Yeah I think they blew it on the canbus decoder. I received an X-Trail 2014 decoder so did not think it would work to begin with. I have the ASWC-1 now and will try and wire it in with the 12 to 6V converter harness. Even though I selected my correct Murano year and model when ordering the converter, the converter came with a 20 pin 10x10 (not like the 18+2 20 pin power connector I already have) so I am searching the net for a color coded pinout of the ASWC-1 with the 12 pin connector and I should be good to go.

Yeah the Tesla style looks cool but there are none as yet for the Murano.

I did not have the bluetooth hum when just hooking up just the 20 pin the first time. After pinning the 40 pin and hooking that up I now have the bluetooth hum as well. It may be when I hooked up AUX Audio connections. I will disconnect them and see if the hum goes away.

I will continue to play with the Seicane unit and hold off on getting the Daisata unit until you and Calysodon are satisfied with it. Thanks guys for all your inputs.

Gregory, my canbus does not say murano on it either. I think it's the same as yours. Don't know if you can go into system settings and canbus settings on yours but you can change it. Mine has 2 options and they both work

I decided to return the dasaita and get something else.
I will try out the Joying unit, they dont have a 10 inch for the murano that is plug and play, but they have a 2 din 10 inch universal. That one should work, but I will have to play around with it to get everything working right.

When I get the Dasaita head unit, I think I will also get a Carlinke USB Apple Carplay/Android Auto adapter. This may be a work-around for pairing my phone via bluetooth.

So far I am liking the Joying unit more than the dasaita.
The software looks better on the joying
The sound is the same since they are using the same amp chip.
Phone software is better
Bluetooth is version 4.2
No hissing noise when silent
Better screen quality and brightness, can see clearly during the day
Full video rca out for headrest monitor

The only thing is they dont have a custom dash for the murano, so it is not plug and play, but if you are a handy person you can make the screen fit nicely.
Also you will have to buy an after market canbus for the SWC to work, I bought the PAC I mentioned above, will see how well it works.

The 10 inch screen is a tight fit, the 9 inch screen is a better option if you want to make it look flush with the dash.

I have been testing it for the past week, and just recently mounted it on the car after I made all the connections. I am using the rca pre out directly to my infinity amp. You can use the head unit built in equalizer with the amp and it has a lot if punch.
I was able to put a 128GB ad card and it had no issues reading it, I put a lot of offline maps in there.
No of these head unit are perfect, so far I have had an unnamed brand, a seicane unit, a dasaita unit and a joying unit, and I am liking the joying better.

No, it is not the factory dash, it is the dash from the ownice c500 that I have ordered separately. It does stick out, but I want to make it look flush, I have 2 more dash on order, they can sell you the dash only without the screen.
Or I might have to order a smaller screen 9 inch to make it easier.

ugh, having issues with my 7.1 version. Seems like the back up camera and steering wheel controls like to stop working randomly. Unhooking the main battery and waiting a few minutes before reconnecting will fix it...for a while. I have an email in to seicane about it. Also not terribly happy with the brightness during daytime driving..

Can you post thr link for the joying unit? Also, will this work with Bose and Navi or will need modifications?

Dasaita Android 8.0 headunit

Just received my Dasaita Android 8.0 headunit from the following seller on AliExpress:
aliexpress.com/item/1-din-Car-Radio-GPS-Android-8-0-for-Nissan-Murano-Z52-DVD-Player-2015-2016/32904912496.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.4d354c4d1ima8g

So far, no complaints including pairing my new Galaxy Note 9 with it. I have no static when making calls or having the phone connected while listening/streaming music. Highly recommend this one!!! Sounds 1000 times better than my stock navigation unit with my Bose speakers. Will take some time to fine tune it to my liking but overall I'm impressed with the difference.

Nice!!!
Enjoy your new head unit, that's the same one I got. Dasaita cust service is excellent, when I told them about my issue with the bluetooth, they offered me to send me another unit, but because of the poor unit brightness, I decided to return it. I got full refund minus the shipping to china.
If you are an adventurer as I am, head over to xda forum, there are plenty of mods you can do to your unit ( experience users only).
The sound amp chip is TDA 7851, which is excellent when paired with a good amplifier, the only thing is you have to adjust your gain accordingly, otherwise, you might get hissing sound when not playing music.

You can also download bunch of car launchers from the app store, these really bring the unit to life, see FCC launcher or CarWebGuRu, they are all excellent launcher with a lot of customization.

I am currently fiddling with my joying unit, trying to fit it as good as possible to the dash, and trying to get my SWC to work. Will post some picture later on...

Assad, I changed the launcher to Nova Launcher Prime, installed Torque Pro and some other apps for the road including Sygic, Google Maps and Waze. I adjusted the gain for the audio because at level 10 the radio was almost too loud.

I sent a message to the seller regarding switching the camera view so that I can utilize the front and side cameras. The only views I can see are the birds-eye view and the rear. Hoping they reply back with a possible means of using the other cameras. If not then it's not the end of the world.

Already an active XDA member for all-things Android. Updated my MCU and debating on changing the ROM to the one Malaysk put out. I like the customizations but some of the options I can do without.

Luinoz, only in reverse unfortunately. I don't know if the canbus that was included with the unit will support accessing the other cameras independently. There is an option in the settings (126) that will allow you to switch to the front camera for up to 10 seconds after moving out of reverse. It hasn't worked for me because I only get the warning notification on the screen when trying to access the camera. I sent a message to Krist Lu from the MTKNAVI Store where I got the unit in hopes there is a way to access the cameras.

This is the one I bought:
[ame]https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DWXKB72/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1[/ame]

Android 8 4GB+64GB 10 inch screen.

The screen is a little larger than the dasaita, but I was able to manage to install it nicely on a murano frame I got from alibaba:

https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...2015-Nissan-Murano-Car-CD_60711241188.html?spm=a2700.8443308.0.0.2e633e5fzEDTXh

Still working on the SWC...
I bought the PAC SWC, and it did not work. I called PAC and they told me that I needed to update the software for it to work with the murano. They told me I need to buy an extra device which costs around $50, just to update the software, which I am not going to do. I will call them tomorrow, either they send me a new module with an update software or I will return it and get something else.

My backup camera is custom, not using the murano, much better picture quality.

Here are some picture, will take more pictures in the morning so you can see better how it looks. SO far I really like the way it looks and plays

Chauncy, I only have 11 posts counting this one so cannot PM until I hit 15. This is what I have done so far:
This unit so far does not work fully with my Murano. I don't have SWC and my 360 reverse camera only comes on for several seconds when I first turn the ignition on. After that, blank screen until I turn ignition off for a few minutes. I have tried ASWC-1 and PAC-RP4-NI11 SWC controllers besides the one that came with the head unit. None have worked. I had to get another harness from Seicane just so I could get a 40 pin connector, then I repinned it to match my murano. So far I do not have Illumination dimming or Speed Volume control even though I am connected to correct wires. I need to find out what wires from the head unit are KEY1 and KEY2 as these are the connections for the 3.5mm remote connections required for SWC control. They are NOT present as shown in the photos on Seicane website for the 20 pin connector pins 6(KEY2) and 16(KEY1). Also, my Murano has not only CAN HI/CAN LO, but there are MCAN 1&2 HI and LO. Seicane only sells the product. I sent them ALL the wiring diagrams and pinouts for them to easily make a harness that would work but they just keeep sending harnesses they had for sell. I have the ASWC-1 12V to 6V converter for the reverse but nogo because that wire on the head unit is just the 12V signal to the head unit and not the reverse camera 6V turn on which our muranos have. My murano connector does not have the reverse camera + turn on wire. I believe this is handled by the all around camera controller. All cameras go into this controller which then feeds the resultant video out as one. I do have 360 view when selecting reverse but only for the several seconds at initial ignition turn on. I can not find the pinout to my head unit or I could probably get it to fully work. I've had to reverse engineer everything just to get what I have. If all you want is for the head unit to turn on and don't care about Steering Wheel Controls or reverse camera, then just plug in the 20 pin connector and you'll have it and audio working. I have my phone as hot spot and have complete access to internet, phone calls, and Bluetooth. The maps look amazing and I really love having all the Android apps. It is basically a tablet installed in my dash. It looks completely factory installed since they used the exact fascia for my murano. I am still working on getting SWC and for the reverse camera to stay on as long as I am in reverse. Assad has done much more so keep checking out his posts. If I find out how to get this to fully integrate with my 2017 Murano with navigation and Bose I will post my findings. Good luck! And if you come across a head unit that works LET ME KNOW!!! lol
