Mobil 1 is not a synthetic blend (semi-synthetic). It is full synthetic.

Yes, it is. And it's one of the best-established and longest existing synthetics. (Amsoil is older and has as much or more research behind it. And RedLine is great stuff. And it all costs you lots of money. And any of the synthetics will suit your Murano just fine.)

Actually, yes. M1EP contains sufficient additives that the manufacturer guarantees 15,000 mile intervals. However, it would be a good idea to change the oil filter at 7,500 miles, since that is as far as Nissan rates them for.
